We have two programs. The Advanced Puppy Program and the Started Dog Program.
The Advanced puppy is whelped here, and has our early conditioning/training beginning
at 6 weeks of age. We will keep your puppy here for you for up to 3 months, at a cost of
$150.00 USD per month. Your puppy continues positive training, is socialized and
introduced to birds and a starter pistol.
A started Griffon can be from 7 to 24 months of age, and price for these will depend
upon the stage and abilities of the particular dog. Prices range from $2500.00 and up.
Our Wire-Haired Pointing Griffons are brought along nice and easy. Griffons
spend time in our home, and are included in family activities. We use positive reinforcement training
methods. No Electric Collar training is used on our young
dogs.
We train on site, we have a year-round creek,
cropland, pasture, tame hay, rose-bush cover,
aspen forest and
marshland. We also have access to a variety of
training grounds with wild birds, depending on your needs we will taylor a
program for you and your puppy.
Pups are homeraised with lots of socialization to
young children and strangers. They are well
exposed to, and
familiar with horses, cats and other dogs. House manners and basic obedience training are
in process.
