Group Hike - Sage and Purdy's litters earlier this week

Above:  Z and B Pups on the run!  Introducing pups to the group is an excellent way to socialize them with other dogs.  Even as adults, Griffons are very playful and here is a series of photos of how Grout (1.5 years old) gets the puppies to play with her   Above:  Grout rolls on her back, exposing her vulnerable stomach and licking her lips to let the puppies know that she is not a threat and to entice them to play   Above:  It works!  Grout and Wonne Play Above:  Grout and Sam are playing, Grout is keeping her body posture low, so that the pups will be more interactive with her.
